Authors (TPC Member): Discounts are available for committee members.
Authors (Student): A valid student ID or an official letter from the university must be provided.
Additional Paper(s): Additional papers must be authored by the same individual as the first paper.
Additional Page(s): One regular registration includes up to five pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will incur additional charges.
One Day Tour: One Day Tour is optional and is based on payment basis.
Delegates: The registration fee for delegates includes access to the congress, all sessions, the poster area, coffee break, lunch, dinner on December 19, 2025, and the congress bag.

1. Please fill the information and complete the payment via Online Payment System
2. Please email Payment Order ID & Payment Email to icmsr_conf@robotics.ac.cn and wait for the secretary‘s comfirmation.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to icmsr_conf@robotics.ac.cn by email or fax.
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
No shows will not be refunded. 
ICMSR is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, etc.

Personal Security:
For the safety of your and others' personal and property, participants are required to wear name card, and those accompanying must wear the name card as well. Please keep the attendance card well. The conference leader onsite has the right to stop those without the name card from entering the meeting room.
Please note that the Organizing Committee will not accept liability for any kind of damage, losses or injuries occurring to persons or personal belongings during the conference. Be sure to organise suitable travel and health insurance.
